You were finishing the most important gift of your life. The tea set had been hand crafted in your free time, and, after many hours of hand-cramping torture, it was finished. Each cup had small little pictures of cleaning supplies and the tea pot had all cleaning supplies painted onto it. Obviously, this gift was for a short, raven haired, steel eyed, Lance Corporal.
Your little infatuation with the Lance Corporal upon joining the Survey Corps four years ago turned into a full out crush. Just the thought of him made you giggle and squeal inwardly like a fangirl. Taking a deep breath you leaned back to look at the time. It was four o’clock Christmas Eve night.
You decided to eat dinner, wrap this present, drop it off like a super cool ninja who is never seen, and return to sleep in till late Christmas day. You rose, stretched, and made your way to the dining commons. You smiled to yourself as you thought of his gifts. Lance Corporal Levi Ackerman would be receiving a tea set for his birthday and a rather expensive tea for Christmas. You did not want to make him feel like his birthday and Christmas should be combined just because they share the same day.
Once in the dining hall, you got a bad feeling in your gut. Something supremely weird was about to happen...but...what?
“Levi the kick ass Heichou, happened to be a clean freak!” Hanji’s voice rang out causing you to cringe in fear of her life. “And if you ever met him, you would just have to agree!” She had a death wish. Hanji was going to die this Christmas.
Hanji came up to you, wrapping an arm around your shoulders. “All of the other soldiers, use to laugh and call him short! They never made it long though, before he made them clean his floors!” She pulled you towards a table filled with some fresh soldiers out of the 104th trainees. “Then one fateful, scary day, Erwin came to say! ‘Levi with your kick-ass-ness, won’t you slay these Titans now?’” She pushed you down onto a seat.
“And how the cadets feared him, scared to be kicked or made to clean! Levi the kick ass Heichou, you are the great cravat king!” She basically shrilled the last part into your ear. She plopped down beside you as she glanced around at the other soldiers.
“Hanji, why would you sing a song like that? Do you want to die?” You demanded from her. She shrugged it off.
“Did you write that song?” A boy named Jean asked, pointing his fork at Hanji for emphasis.
“Nope, the author of this story did. And, let me tell you something, some of these fanfiction writers are weird as hell.” She spoke in a low tone as if not to offend the very person writing this.
“What is she talking about?” Eren asked Mikasa who only shrugged.
    “What is fanfiction?” Connie inquired.
“Writer? You mean, we’re not real?” Armin looked to the others frantically.
Ignoring all of them, Hanji went on. “So I’m bored; let’s play a Christmas game.” A devilish grin formed on her lips and ice water shot through your spine.
“I don’t know, Hanji...” You started. but she slapped you with a piece of oddly brown bread from Connie’s tray.
“We will all meet here around seven o’clock. You don’t show to give me enjoyment, I want you to know that what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you show, I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.” (Yeah, chiz just went there) Hanji’s glasses shown a gleam that scared every single person at the table.

At seven o’clock sharp you stood outside the dining commons, a small backpack on your back holding Levi’s gifts so you could make the drop while playing whatever stupid game Hanji had planned. Hanji skipped up to the group with an evil grin on her face and something hidden behind her back.
“Alrightie tightie, you guys ready for this?” She chirped excitedly. You shook your head no with enough vigor to start a small headache. “Well, get over it.” She pulled out what she was hiding behind her back. “Mistletoe tag! Whoever is wearing this hat with hanging mistletoe must kiss a person somewhere on the face and then give them the hat. The person who gets the hat MUST kiss a different person. We will play till midnight, and the one person who goes kissless until then gets to have an hour in heaven with the person of their choice.” Your brows shot up in question.
Before you could ask, Armin spoke up, “What if that person is not participating in the game?” You had been wondering the same exact thing.
“Don’t worry, candy cane, I have my ways.” Cue an evil laugh that made everyone step back away from the questionable scientist.
“This is stupid. Who made this game up?” Mikasa’s deadpan tone wondered aloud.
Hanji turned on her with a glare, “The writer made this game up as a child! Don’t insult her or she will not use you in fanfictions anymore!” Hanji screamed this at them. Armin clung onto Eren.
“She’s talking like that again! Make it stop!” Armin squeaked out of terror.
“Now, let’s start playing! Mikasa, you’re first!” Hanji threw the hat onto the bored looking girl’s head and took off like a rocket in another direction. Mikasa smirked before grabbing Eren by the collar and kissing him hardcore on the lips. You flushed just at the sight of it.
Mikasa then dropped the hat on Eren and kissed him again. “H-Hanji said it doesn’t w-work that way...” Eren muttered, but Mikasa threw the hat to Ymir. Ymir kissed Krista’s forehead. Krista walked over and kissed Jean on the cheek, much to Ymir’s disappointment.
This is not so bad, you supposed. That is, until Jean put on the hat and looked at you devilishly. He took a step forward and you took one back. “Oh, (F/n)!” He called enticingly.
“No!” You yelled and turned to run down the hall. You could hear several sounds of pursuit behind you. You pushed yourself to go faster.

You were crouched in a corner, hiding from everyone. Jean gave up, kissing Sasha, who kissed Connie, who kissed Annie (she, Reiner, and Bertholdt were visiting for the holidays), who kissed Reiner, who was currently after you. You peaked around the corner to see a clear line to Levi’s office.
Taking a deep breath, you removed the gifts from your backpack and ran over to the door. You were just about to set the gifts down when the door opened to reveal the raven haired man. His dark eyebrow rose in question. You swallowed hard, unsure of what to do or say.
“What are those, (L/n)?” He looked at the big box and the little box in your hands.
Clearing your throat you say, “Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas!” You held up the gift meant for the event stated. Now both eyebrows rose.
“There she is!” Your (e/c) eyes widened before looking to the side. Reinder, Jean, and Bertholdt were down the hall, Reiner pointing at you with the hat still on his head. “Stay there and let me kiss you!” He yelled a little too loudly.
“What did that brat say?” Levi snapped in a dark tone.
“We are playing mistletoe tag! I need to make it till midnight!” You yelled the last half of this over your shoulder after shoving the gifts in his arms and you began to running in the opposite direction of Reiner and the other two. Levi stood dumbfounded in his doorway only a moment before he decided to make this ‘mistletoe tag’ more interesting, well, for him anyway.

Midnight was five minutes away. The game would end in five minutes! You were almost home free! You had tried to hide in your room, but found it locked. It must have been Hanji’s doing. She was quite the evil mastermind.
You were stalking through the halls with quiet feet when you found yourself back at Levi’s door. You looked a few feet past the door to what looked a pile of...bodies...OH GAWD HANJI KILLED THEM! Or worse! LEVI KILLED THEM!
You shook your head and decided to check their pulses. You were right at Levi’s door when it opened and you were pulled in. You squealed in surprise before you were placed on a couch. Levi shut the door before putting both arms behind his back. He looked at you with his typical emotionless expression.
“Tell me more about this stupid game you brats are playing around the Survey Corps and causing a ruckus in the middle of the night with.” He deadpanned. You swallowed hard a few times. “I’m waiting, (F/n).” He used your first name! Holy shit!
“W-Well...Hanji wanted to play a Christmas themed game and came up with mistletoe tag, but claimed it was the writer’s idea from her childhood and Armin freaked out because, apparently, none of us are real and we are in a so-called fan fiction...” Levi took a step forward that ultimately cut you off.
“Get to the details of the game.” His words held no room for objection.
With compliance you say, “Whoever wears the hat has to kiss somebody somewhere on the face. The person kissed must then take the hat and kiss a different person. The person who makes it to midnight without getting kissed once...well...yeahhhhhh...” You drifted off.
Unbeknownst to you, Levi found your embarrassed and nervous face adorable. Cold hearted as he seemed, he had a soft spot for you. The gifts given to him earlier only making him that much fonder of you.
“Well what?” He demanded as he came to stand right before you.
“Well, ummm, the w-winner gets and house in h-heaven with whoever they w-want...” Your face went red as you stared up into the alluring gray pools that were his iries. Levi gave a slow nod to this information.
He took a few steps back without actually turning away from facing you. “Tch, such a nuisance this late at night.” He muttered. “Alright, (F/n), I will not maim you as I did the three numbskulls outside and I will not punish you.” He had a spark in his eyes that made you want to fangirl all ovr his floor.
“You won’t?” Your eyes were wide with surprise.
“How could I punish someone who made me a tea set and bought me my favorite tea, all for my birthday and Christmas? I am not that cruel of a person.” He gestured to the gifts on his desk with one hand. Your face grew a darker red that only made him smirk a little more than usual.
“W-Well...” You drifted off, unsure what else to say.
“Now, since there is only two minutes left until midnight, I have a question for you.” You looked at him with curiosity written all over your face. Levi pulled something out from behind his back and placed it on top of his head. The green and red hat holding the mistletoe looked misplaced above the stoic face of the Lance Corporal.
In three steps he stood before you, grabbing your arm to make you stand across from him. “You have a little over a minute to decide if you want me to tag you or spend an hour in heaven.” Your jaw dropped and eyes grew to the size of saucers. Levi looked at you with one brow raised curiously.
“W-What? I-I can’t decide like th-this!” You stutter out somehow.
“Tch, forty seconds brat.” You swallowed and looked anywhere but at him. How were you supposed to choose? Kiss him or end up in an hour of heaven... but you wanted to be in heaven with him...
A chime off in the distance snapped you out of your stupor. A full smirk laced Levi’s lips. “Great choice.” He wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you to him, capturing your lips with his own.
Your heart beat against your ribcage as you closed your eyes, slipped your hands up into his hair, and moved your lips fervently against his. His hands went down to grab your butt before sliding down to your thighs. He hoisted you up so your legs wrapped around his torso. He moved you to his desk, setting you down there and pressing himself flush against you.
As you pulled away for breath he began to nibble at various spots on your neck. “H-Happy Birthday, Levi.” You told him between oxygen gathering breaths. He pulled his lips away from your neck and pressed them against yours quickly.
    “Merry Christmas, (F/n).”
I really had a fun time writing this! I just got to be weird and add in an old game I used to play as a child! I really did play mistletoe tag as a child. My cousins, brother, and I used to play it all the time at Christmas with that plastic/fake mistletoe you can buy at the store. We never kissed on lips or weird stuff. When I played it was anywhere you could kiss them. And it was dangerous 'cause we were all competitive as hell.

I really hope that everyone likes this. I usually write longer pieces, but this is just like a Christmas bonus thing. (I am supposed to be baking at the moment, but whatever).

I will get back to writing my series The Corporal and His Captain and The Return after Christmas! YAY!

HAVE A FANTASTICALLY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I DO NOT OWN SNK OR LEVI OR YOU!
     ~ENJOY!~
